Were fair and honest. Was happy with the work until last time I went in. They wanted $500 to replace windshield motor and linkage. Not saying it wouldn't cost that, but I will rainx it each week for that. They took it apart to diagnose it (and yes I paid $49 and some change for labor) and when I got it back, the 4 screws that hold on the trim piece at the bottom of the windshield were not in. I noticed on the highway there following Monday because it was loose and flapping around (the work was done on a Saturday). Must've just gotten in a hurry and been careless. I don't want someone in a hurry working on my car.
Excellent shop, been going there for several years. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, and Russ and his crew offer very honest and quality service.
